Santa Anna Cemetery Dedication
Fall Workday

The Santa Anna Cemetery will be dedicating a painting at the Santa Anna Cemetery Pavilion at 3:00PM in the afternoon of Saturday October 2, 2021. The painting will be dedicated in honor of long time Cemetery board members Oma Dean McDonald Horner and Coyita Griffin Bowker. Both ladies faithfully served the cemetery for many years and were responsible for the building of the pavilion and the iron fence and gates.

The painting was given to the Santa Anna Cemetery Association by the Coleman County Medical Center and came from the old Seventh Day Adventist Church in Coleman. It is a beautiful baptistry painting on a 4x8 foot plywood painted by a Niswonger in 1982. Coleman County Historian and neighbor of the hospital and church, Ralph Terry, donated the most beautiful gold molding to frame the painting.

All are invited rain or shine.

Santa Anna Versus Brookesmith

My Grandson asked me to take some photos of the game so I apologize ahead of time for taking so many of him. I am pretty rusty and so is my picture taking. I lost all of them and had to recover them. They are not very good and I probably should have left them lost! But here are some of my favorites:

The rest are in the Brookesmith 2021 Album
