Please bring any of the following yard tools if you have them, and if not come anyway.
Shovels, rakes, weed eaters, loppers, machetes, chain saws, hand saws and any other lawn equipment you might have EXCEPT mowers.
There is no electricity available at the cemetery, so tools must be gas or battery powered.
You can work wherever you like on your own or with others.
There is also no running water or restroom available, so please plan accordingly.

First Annual Bobby Morgan Memorial Rib Throw Down
and Steak Cook Off and Scholarship Fundraiser
Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 8 AM - 8 PM
Santa Anna Park and Armory
Santa Anna people, or those that claim to be from Santa Anna, as the head cook of a team or individual. The main event will be pork ribs. Any kind, any way you want to cook them. Country Style, Spare, St. Louis, Baby Back, Sauce, no Sauce, Propane, Pellet, Smoked, Boiled, Baked, or Fried! Your best ribs how you do them! A $25 entry fee for Ribs and $25 for Steak with 50% payback (25/15/10) to top three places and the 50% to the Scholarship.
There will be a 50% Calcutta for the rib category with 50% for the scholarship. Bloody Mary and Margarita contest $10 per entry with 50% payback (25/15/10) to top three places and the 50% to the Scholarship.
Kid's 12 and under Hamburger Patty and Kid's Kool-Aid contest with free entry and patty provided. Kid's awards to be determined.

Billy Don McCrary
Billy Don McCrary age 72 of Santa Anna, Texas passed from this life on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 9:30 pm surrounded by family in his home.
Celebration of his life will be Tuesday at 10:00 am at Santa Anna Cemetery Pavilion with Rev. Marvin Hale officiating. Interment will follow with services under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Santa Anna. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday evening from 6:00 till 7:30 pm at Henderson Funeral Home.
He was born Billy Don McCrary on August 16, 1945 in Santa Anna, Texas welcomed by his loving parents Sam Luther and Hazel Lee Gilbert McCrary. Billy led a blessed life loved by many and trusted by more. The relationships he forged across his lifetime made him the wealthiest resident of Coleman County. Billy’s legacy, including all the farm and cattle work, will be carried on by his two sons and their wives. He was a lifetime resident of Santa Anna, attended the Santa Anna Schools and was a member of the Northside Baptist Church. He served his country in the Texas National Guard and helped found the Santa Anna Rodeo Association, and was a former member of the Coleman Rodeo Association. Billy Don was Coleman County Precinct 2 Commissioner retiring in 2010.
